Linda Nolan To Appear In Court Due To Benefit Fraud

Linda Nolan is set to appear in court for benefit fraud after recieveing 12,000 in state handouts.

Linda has been claiming benefits for not being able to work but that hasnt stopped her from appeaing on TV shows and magazine interviews that she was payed for.

Nolan readily agreed to repay the £12,000 bill and thought the matter had been dealt with - until last week when she received a court summons.
