Well now the reality star has taked a mini photo shoot in a public toilet.
Along with the photo Kimmy said:

Then she also shared a photo of herlsef posing with british singer Sam Smith wearing the same outfit.
We have to say we compltely love the outfitn that Kim is wearing here shame that the photos where taken in the public toilets tho.
